Automatically Copy Invoices & Emails to a Secondary Email Address
Ever wish you could have your membership, event registrations, invoices and other NCFMA emails automatically shared with your administrative support staff or another department officer? In the NCFMA Member Portal, YOU CAN!
Simply follow the easy instructions below to add a secondary email address to your membership profile. This secondary address will not appear as part of your online directory listing and is for internal use only. Please note that all NCFMA emails sent to you will be copied to this individual.
Let's Get Started! Log Into Your Account.

Once you log into your account, click on the yellow profile icon at the top right and then click “View Profile.”
Then, click “Edit Profile.”
Scroll to the bottom and find "Secondary Email Address." Add the email address and then click “Save.”
